Once upon a time there was a girl who lived with her parents. She was a normal girl, not the sharpest crayon in the box, but she loved spending time with her father. And what did they do together? They read, they played, and they cooked.
From this, the girl found her true calling. She could create delicious food that she could share with others. It was a way to show her love. She practiced as much as she could, and by the time she was in high school, she was baking cookies by storm, surpassing her father and proclaimed "Cookie Queen" of her family. (She also did an annual giant holiday cookie bake involving six different types of cookies that her mother took credit for, but this girl is too mature to hold grudges from when she was twelve years old).
And then the girl went to college, and then Japan, and discovered her love of blogging, as well as how easy it was to upload some pictures and text and then her family stopped bugging her for a few weeks so she could go do her thing.
And then an idea occurred to her.
What if she could do the same thing for her love of cooking?
And so the girl decided to do that.
And that is how the cookie crumbles.
